Prime Flex 900 XLV: Polyurethane resin, low viscosity, hydrophilic resin. Reacts with water and expands to form a closed cell, watertight foam. Typically injected under pressure to seal actively leaking joints and cracks in concrete structures, including hairline cracks. 

Prime Flex 910 is an extremely thin liquid resin that reacts with moisture when injected into soil forming a rock hard, watertight mass. 910 is used to stabilize loose soil or sand, stop underground water flows, and seal leaking seawalls or other below-grade structures. Prime Flex 910 is a single-component, water-activated, hydrophobic, super low viscosity polyurethane injection resin. It requires the use of Prime Kat catalyst.

Prime Flex 920 is a single-component polyurethane injection resin used to seal gushing leaks, including wide gaps, in concrete where the structure is not subject to movement. This hydrophobic, super low viscosity polyurethane reacts with water and expands to form a closed cell, watertight, rigid foam. Due to its low viscosity, 920 is also used for permeation grouting of loose soils to consolidate soil particles and increase the load-bearing capacity. (For high strength or large void filling, see Prime Flex 985.) This material requires the use of Prime Kat or Kick Fast Kat to adjust the reaction time from 4-13 seconds.

Prime Flex 940 polyurethane resin is a very low viscosity, hydrophobic resin that reacts with water and expands to form a closed cell, watertight flexible foam. This grout requires Prime Kat or Kick Fast catalyst, but after mixing is pumped as a single component. The set time can be varied with the catalyst concentration. This resin is used for sealing actively leaking joints and cracks in concrete structures, particularly those subject to movement or vibration. 

Prime Plug is a rapid-setting concrete patching material designed to cut off water leaking through concrete or masonry surfaces. This quick-set hydraulic cement is used in conjunction with Prime Flex products. Primary Applications •Manholes •Pipes •Tanks •Tunnels •Utility vaults •Elevator pits

PrimeCem CAM (Calcium Aluminate Mortar) is a blend of quartz silica, fibers and pure fused calcium aluminate cement. The mortar shall be hand or spray-applied. A nominal thickness of ½” up to 2” . Thicker applications can be achieved by applying successive lifts. PrimeCem CAM can be especially useful when coatings are required at early ages. CAM may be coated in as little as 12 hours. (Always consult with coating manufacture.) Primary Uses: Repairing concrete walls and ceilings and lining brick or concrete manholes and lift stations - Horizontal pipe repair.

PrimeCem MSM (Microsilica Mortar) is a blend of Portland cement, graded silica sand, fibers and silica fume. The mortar may be hand or spray applied. A nominal thickness of 1/4” up to 2”. Thicker applications can be achieved by applying in successive lifts. Uses include repairing concrete walls, ceilings, lining brick or concrete manholes and lift stations and horizontal pipe repair. Microsilica Mortar provides an extremely dense matrix and will accept coatings at earlier ages than typical Portland cement repair products. This product contains a migrating corrosion inhibitor.

Prime Flex Hydro Gel™ SX is a versatile, easy-to-use single-component, water activated, hydrophilic polyurethane injection resin for sealing actively leaking joints and cracks in below-grade concrete structures. It forms either a closed cell, watertight foam or impermeable gel depending on the water to resin mix ratio. Cured material remains flexible and has excellent adhesion. It can also be used for soil binding for slough control.

Eco Flush is a low-toxicity, non-chlorinated, non-flammable solvent formulated for flushing and cleaning Prime Flex polyurethane and Prime Rez epoxy injection resins out of injection pumps and hoses. The product is a mixture of glycol ethers.

The Soakum Oakum Kit is composed of Soakum OakumTM (a dry oakum) soaked in a hydrophilic polymer solution. When wet and either packed or worked into a joint or crack, the resin will foam to form a flexible and tight joint to stop groundwater infiltration. It reacts with water and becomes a watertight rubber-like composite. The oakum cord gives strength and density to the composite and makes the application of the resin easier, especially when gushers are present.

3/8” & 1/2” Bang-in ports are easier to install, cost less, and for many applications, are just as effective as more expensive packers. Holds pressure up to 3,000 psi. Not for use in weak, deteriorated concrete.

Works with any product packed in 750ml x 75ml (10:1  27.5oz). Works with Prime Flex 920.
